WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS CUSTOMER SUPPORT INTERN ?

The following are the responsibility for the post of Intern –

Answering customer inquiries: The Customer Support Intern may be responsible for responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, and providing timely and helpful responses to their questions or concerns.

Troubleshooting customer issues: When customers experience issues with products or services, the Customer Support Intern may be tasked with troubleshooting the issue and working with other teams (such as engineering or product) to resolve the issue.

Identifying trends: The Customer Support Intern may be responsible for identifying common issues or themes in customer inquiries and reporting them to the appropriate teams to help improve product or service offerings.

Maintaining customer records: The Customer Support Intern may be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including notes on the customer’s issue and how it was resolved.

SKILLS REQUIRED FOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT INTERN

Strong communication skills: You should be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and effectively, both verbally and in writing, with customers and team members.
