What You Will Be Doing As Customer Service Associate?

Account Management: You will handle customer account-related tasks, including user onboarding, account verification, and updating user information. This requires attention to detail and adherence to data privacy and security protocols.
Education and Guidance: In line with Groww’s mission to promote financial literacy, you will educate customers about investment concepts, products, and best practices. This includes providing guidance on portfolio diversification, risk management, and understanding investment performance.
Resolving Complaints: In cases where customers express dissatisfaction or lodge complaints, you will be responsible for actively listening to their concerns, empathizing with their situation, and working towards finding a resolution that meets their needs while adhering to company policies and procedures.
