    Team Leader (Acquisition Team):
    Leading a team of acquisition executives or sales professionals.
    Setting sales targets and goals for the team and ensuring their achievement.
    Monitoring team performance and providing guidance, coaching, and training.
    Developing strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.
    Building and maintaining relationships with high-value clients and ensuring their needs are met.

    Relationship Manager (RM):

    Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
    Understanding clients’ financial goals and needs and offering suitable investment and financial solutions.
    Providing personalized investment advice, portfolio management, and wealth management services.
    Keeping clients informed about market trends, economic developments, and investment opportunities.

    Assistant Relationship Manager (ARM) – Dealer:

    Assisting Relationship Managers in managing client portfolios and executing investment strategies.
    Executing trades on behalf of clients in accordance with their investment objectives.
    Monitoring market movements, tracking financial news, and providing timely updates to clients and Relationship Managers.
    Assisting in research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
    Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies while executing trades.
